Refund policy

We comply with QLD Office of Fair Trading regulations on refunds. All sales are final. Please read all listings carefully. If you are unhappy with your order please let us know. It states we are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.

Most orders are shipped within 1-2 days so if you need to cancel your order please let us know asap. Once it has left us we are unable to retrieve your parcel. Please note we have a $10 restocking/cancellation fee for any orders cancelled (this includes pre orders).

If your order is damaged during transit, we will provide a replacement of the same or similar product. If you We can also offer a store credit.

​We ask you to please return the damaged products in a safe and secure manner using a trackable shipping method at your own cost. Upon receiving the item, we will refund your shipping costs.
